I know how to get to the archive location in the client. If a script were to look for the information without opening the client, which file should it look? If it is in a binary file, I know there is freeware that will extract the text strings from binary files. I would just need to know the file name.

Unfortunately, I do not have access to a machine with IIS and cannot create or connect to a database on the server. I can request pages be posted to the server, but I need a database (Access) backend. The site needs to access, read/write, the database to manage personnel information, timecards, etc. How can I get around IIS? ASP, Javascript, PHP, etc. is known, but I cannot create a connection to the database. Assume the database file would exist in the same directory as the page(s).
