Loading ...scratchy throat cure?
I had a week of influenza. Finally am better now but my voice is
still scratchy. any ideals how to rid of this? Too many Lozenges have given me heartburn!!!! Help!!!!

A tablespoon of honey will fix that right up

lemons… boil hot water and add lemons and a bit of sugar for taste… or tea with lemons, or tea with honey.

Over the counter pepcid for the indigestion. Honey in warm chammomile tea is great!!!

Try gargling with warm water and salt. Try 1 tsp. of salt at first and then increase to 2. Stir the salt well into solution with the water. Also, for the heartburn, gargle with warm water and apple cider vinegar. Again, start off with a tsp. and increase. Good luck!
